People are able to live life free from harm where our community has a culture that does not tolerate abuse; works together to prevent abuse & know what to do when abuse happens.
Kath was at real risk and a sprinkler was installed in her home. On two occasions a fire was extinguished by the sprinkler saving her life.

The definition of adults which the Board seeks to protect is from the Care Act 2014 which became law on the 1st April 2015.
